Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy:

 All products that leave our facility are triple checked for product and packaging concerns. However, from time to time, we still make mistakes. If your order is missing a product or the product you received is incorrect, don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the situation. Please note that all products sold are natural stones unless specified in the item's description, and the many variations of the stones produce different colors and characteristics. All products are photographed to show the best quality, and items received may vary from the photos due to natural variations in the stones.

Order Processing Times & Order Delay Exceptions:

 We take pride in our fast order processing. All orders are shipped within three [3] business days of being placed, and in many cases, we ship faster.
